The society operates with four staff members. Executive Director Brian Smith and Office Manager Diane Morrissey are based at the society’s offices at 327 N Second Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Butch Frederick is a part-time curator at the Soldiers, Sailors and Pioneers Monument, responsible for the operations and programs. The monument is located at 1 South Monument Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Carrie Halim is the part-time curator and museum directory at the McCloskey Wonder Works Museum at Heritage Hall, responsible for developing programs and activities for the museum.
