“Drawing Our World” Kids Educational Workshop

Experience the life of a surveyor through history with an interactive workshop beginning at the Butler County Historical Society and continuing with interactive learning and mapping in Marcum Park.  This educational workshop is open to families with children 8-12.  Explore the history of Hamilton and Butler County with City Surveyor Todd Balph, be one of the first to see maps on exhibit for the first time, and use historical artifacts to map the park.  There may even be a letter from Thomas Jefferson in the mix!  Please register on our website, register each child separately and be sure to include their age.  There is limited space, so sign up to secure you spot.  This 250th Celebration Program is made possible by the Colligan Foundation.
